Our groom had a fun series of anecdotes to generate hype for his Friday wedding. Calling on the couple’s bridal party, we covered a lot of shots and setups in about three hours. The best way to tell this story was in a fast paced music video.
Stellar Visions won the Silver WEVA International Award for our wedding trailer in 2009. We had been asked to shoot incognito for a surprise wedding, so I purchased a soundtrack that had the feel of Mission Impossible, and cut together shots from the wedding to suit. The experimental video took me two days to put together two minutes of narrative, but I felt really good about the final master.
